A little about me...

I don't know if anyone will be interested enough to actually read any of this, but I'm going to use this as a resource to vent when I'm frustrated with a cake, life, class, etc. I'm just finished my last semester of college and have decided to just take cake decorating classes at various bakeries (the main one called Cake Carousel) If this doesn't work out by learning how to be a professional cake decorator I will go back to school and get into the baking/pastry program.

Here are some of the cakes I have done already, I will post more of what I've done in time. Feedback is awesome. :)


This clown cake was difficult. I was still VERY new to frosting cakes and my red velvet cake seeped through. But let me tell you how fun it was to do the clowns! Both the clown cake and this pretty one were done in the Basic Cake Decorating class that I took at Cake Carousel. And the football was my first one. I did this months ago when I first started trying all this, I'm sure if I did one now it'd look much better (as I cross my fingers).



I'll post more pictures and stuff later when I get used to this :)
